The Haus Way
We’re Mandy and Roy, the owners and hosts behind The Haus Collection. Mandy has built her career in real estate and owns My Haus Title, while together we are seasoned investors with experience spanning residential and commercial projects. Roy is a former competitive cyclist and the former coach and owner of Aeropro Coaching, with athletic roots in wrestling at Brandon High School.
Inspired by our travels around the world, we created The Haus Collection to offer beautiful settings, thoughtful design, comfortable luxuries and warm hospitality. When we’re not working, we love spending time with our children and two dogs, golfing, playing music and enjoying the outdoors. We look forward to welcoming you!
Mandy & Roy
The Haus Collection began with a simple idea: that a rental should feel like a particular place rather than an anonymous one. Every home in the collection is chosen for a landscape it belongs to — a ridge, a lake shore, a stretch of Gulf sand — and then furnished and maintained so the landscape is the thing you remember.
Today that means 7 bookable stays: a modern cabin high on Cherry Log Mountain near Blue Ridge, which can be booked as the upper level alone or as the whole house; an A-frame with its own beach and dock on Lake Sinclair; and four homes on the barrier island at Redington Beach, Florida — two waterfront with pools and docks, one a single-level pool home a short walk from the sand, and one a restored Old Florida cottage.
3 more properties are being renovated and prepared: a triplex in Gulfport, a larger property at St. Pete Beach and a wooded site near Brooksville planned for tiny-home and glamping stays.
